Fiddler’s Faith Farmhouse is available for your ceremony only OR as a ceremony and tent reception package.  Whichever you choose, we include the following at no additional cost:

  • Exclusive use of the farmhouse porch and acreage for portraits prior to your wedding weekend (by reservation)
  • Exclusive use of the farmhouse and grounds for pre-ceremony photographs and preparations (from 4 p.m. the day before your ceremony until 11 a.m. the day after for clean-up)
  • Choice of several areas for ceremony
  • Bridal Party preparation areas (3 lovely bedrooms with dressing mirrors, one bathroom and a formal parlor), completely separate from the groom/ kitchen side of the farmhouse
  • Light snacks for the bridal party during preparation hours.
  • Groom and groomsmen dressing room and lounge area (adjacent to the kitchen)
  • Full service kitchen (for re-heating and basic refrigeration needs)
  • Refreshing variety of water for incoming guests congregating before the ceremony (we’ll provide eco-friendly paper cups unless you’d like to provide your own)
  • Use of inclement weather tent for ceremony, if needed (up to 100 guests)
  • Seating (up to 100 guests)
  • Assistance with all set-up and clean-up needs
  • Assistance with rental and vendor questions and accepting deliveries the day before your ceremony
  • Onsite Parking signs and golf cart transport for guests needing assistance
  • Choice of  2 arbors and optional entrance decor for ceremony
  • Choice of décor on exterior barn wall (vintage windows, star, wreath, initial, etc)
  • Choice of any or all of the dozens of beautiful ceremony décor that we offer for you, at no additional cost.  This includes farmhouse directional signs, vintage linens, welcome and memory tables, vintage windows, numerous mason jars and hand-painted signs.  We have many dozens of rustic and vintage options to add to your décor. Please inquire for sample pictures of our numerous offerings.
  • We will set-up and clean-up all of the decor that we provide as well as remove bagged trash.

Ceremony (Venue Only) - 1,750.00

We take care of your ceremony set-up needs, place all of our decor that you have chosen, and assist with every aspect of your ceremony. This includes an inclement weather tent, if needed, to accommodate up to 100 Guests. Your ceremony will be ready for you to add your own floral touches and any personalized decor you choose to bring.

All ceremony only options are given the following:

  • Day before your event early decorating and REHEARSAL opportunity (4 p.m. until 9 p.m.)
  • Option of catered in rehearsal dinner on property (you will be responsible for all aspects of this, as well as clean-up assist to be completed by 10 p.m., but with no extra charges for use of the property)
  • Ceremony Day of Choice (contingent on availability) with 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. access to property
  • Choice of ceremony time (from 11 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.)
  • Venue coordination
  • Day after your ceremony for final clean-up (until 11 a.m., so you and your family can enjoy your day)
  • Includes extended list of everything available for all packages*

You will be responsible for your own photography, floral and officiating needs.  In addition, you may choose to hire your own acoustic musician or simply have a pre-recorded music playlist for your ceremony music.  We will have a speaker system for your playlist as well as a microphone for your officiant. Please read our contract for further details.

You are welcome to borrow any of our decor available and add your own personal decorations to further personalize your special celebration.

Ceremony & Reception - 3,950.00

If you’d like to continue celebrating your special day on our property, you are welcome to have a dry reception immediately following your ceremony.  We can offer information on local reception venues that may allow other beverages if you’d prefer to travel to an alternate reception site. Included in our package for both, we will take care of all your ceremony and basic tented reception needs. This includes a tent large enough to accommodate up to 100 guests, tables, tablecloths (ivory), and ambiance lighting.  We will set-up all of our decor that you chose and assist with all clean-up needs. You may use the ceremony seating we provided or rent your own extra reception chairs.  Just add your own special touches to personalize your reception.

All ceremony and reception packages are given the following:

You will be responsible for your own catering and photography needs.  In addition, you may hire your own D.J. or simply have a pre-recorded music playlist for your ceremony and reception music.  All other wedding and reception needs are at your expense and choice (florals, cake, dinnerware, non-alcoholic beverages, etc.).  Please read our contract for more details.

You are welcome to borrow any of our decor available and add your own personal decorations to further personalize your special celebration.

For either wedding package you choose, we request a non-refundable deposit of 400.00 to reserve your date or dates.  This will need to accompany a signed contract, with the remaining balance of your package choice to be received 30 days prior to your wedding date.  There is an extra 5% fee for any credit card or debit card transaction. We will also require information about your reserved vendors at this time so that we can have details for preparations.  All vendors chosen (photographers, videographers, caterers, etc) will need to comply with our venue regulations. They can email or fax an agreement of terms and proof of liability insurance. This will need to be received 30 days prior to your ceremony day.

Any alteration of a policy must be agreed on in writing by both the property owners and event renter.
